Back To PreSchool

We are so excited to start a new school year! We wrapped up our summer session on July 20th, while the kids had a break the last two weeks of July there were a mountain of activities happening as the staff worked non-stop preparing for the upcoming year. During the break, our staff developed new lessons, created inviting environments to welcome our keiki back, and conducted home visits to each child and their family. Our lovely teachers reported back that they had a wonderful time visiting all of the families during our home visits. It is our goal that these home visits not only help the children transition well to preschool, but also help our staff begin to learn about students’ background, environment, and culture in an effort to enhance their learning experiences.

While we know the first week of school may not be the easiest for some students, we are praying for smooth transitions! We are so excited to see them learn, develop, and grow by leaps and bounds. This time in a child’s development is so pivotal and our amazing staff will strive to provide the best education possible to the children entrusted to them. Please join us in praying for a fruitful and productive year! Mahalo!

Our first day of school was on Monday, August 6th and we are so excited to see our little friends and meet so many new families that will be joining us at MBP! This is a wonderful ministry to the families in our community and we had several of our church members to come out and welcome these individuals to the church.

Being such a tangible part of this body of believers at the church through the preschool ministry is a wonderful blessing, and we value everyone that takes part in it. We are grateful that God has brought so many wonderful people into our mist and we are eagerly awaiting to see who the next people will be to minister alongside of us. Thank you for all your support and prayers as we look ahead into an exciting school year!
